Refund and Returns

At CRESTLINE COIN EXCHANGE, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and outstanding customer service. This policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds.

RETURN POLICY

All purchases made are final upon delivery due to the fluctuations in the market. A 30-day return policy is in effect for all purchases under $1,000 USD. This policy does not apply to larger orders due to market fluctuations and the fact that most products are sold on a per-order consignment basis.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The order must be under $1,000 USD.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • The product must not have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN POLICY

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Orders exceeding $1,000 USD.
  • Custom or special orders.
  • Products sold as “final sale” or “as is”.
  • Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
  • Products that show signs of use or handling.

RETURN PROCESS

If you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact CRESTLINE COIN EXCHANGE customer service by email at info@crestlinecoinexchange.org or by phone at [PHONE NUMBER] to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, and the reason for the return request.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
  5. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used to purchase the product. If the original method of payment is no longer available, a check will be issued to the customer.

INSPECTION PERIOD

All purchases made from CRESTLINE COIN EXCHANGE come with a 30-day inspection period during which we encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their coins. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase within the eligible return criteria, we will either replace the products or issue a full refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@crestlinecoingroup.org or (213) 575-1050. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

LOST PACKAGES

All deliverable products are fully insured during transit and delivery. In the event of a lost package, we will replace the product without delay.
